Rhythmic Medicine

Rhythmic Medicine is the site for the therapeutic music used in Valorie J. Wells PhD's hypnosis sessions. While music is not essential for hypnotherapy, it does provide a soothing pace for heart and breath work. Many of Dr. Wells' clients find it especially helpful to utilize the same music at home for their self-hypnosis.

"We were struggling with many health issues...heart, severe back pain, fibromyalgia, pre-diabetic, weight gain from medicines...recent cancer survivor...weight more of an issue...just making our health problems that much worse. We were so happy to find that we weren't struggling with our new eating program and were thrilled with results that soon became apparent...I've gone from a size 18 to a size 10. Hallelujah!"

– Mr. & Mrs. T., Overland Park, KS

"A friend referred me to you one year after my husband died....suggested your website. I remember reading, "You can take back your life," and thinking, what life? Mine ended the day my husband was diagnosed. Hypnotherapy provided me with mental and physical relaxation, insight, and confidence. I feel empowered to meet the demands of being the survivor and for the first time in many years, I have peace."

– Mrs. M., Salina, KS

"Subconsciously I knew that I had to stop smoking and soon or it would be too late...I tried to quit on my own twice. Womens' Aglow was miserable with not enough will power on my own to break a lifelong habit till I accepted help from Dr. Wells. have been smoke free now for more than 6 years, thank God and Dr. Wells."
