Rhythmic Medicine is the site for the therapeutic music used in Valorie's hypnosis sessions. While music is not essential for hypnotherapy, it does provide a soothing pace-setter for heart and breath work. Many of Valorie's clients find it especially helpful to utilize the same music recordings at home for their self-hypnosis.
